Carnival Glory entered service in 2003 as the second ship in the Conquest class, christened by physicist and astronaut Sally Ride. She moved to a Port Canaveral, Florida homeport in May 2024 and completed a further dry dock refurbishment from April 25 to May 11, 2026, adding a new non-smoking casino and a reimagined Club O2 for teens. From Port Canaveral she runs short getaways to the Bahamas, including calls at Celebration Key and Nassau — an easy, drive-to option for Central Florida and Orlando-area cruisers.
The Emerald Room Steakhouse's floor-to-ceiling, ocean-view windows, paired with a 214-foot waterslide and one of the fleet's most photographed 'whale-tail' funnels.
