Carnival Liberty entered service in 2005 as the fourth of Carnival's five Conquest-class ships. Homeported year-round in New Orleans, Louisiana, she sails 4- to 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries to Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Progreso. A major dry dock completed in July 2025 added a WaterWorks aqua park, a new mini golf course, a Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge honoring military service members, a refreshed Cloud9 Spa, and a modernized casino — bringing a 20-year-old ship largely up to current Carnival standards.

✦ The standout feature

The Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge, added in her July 2025 dry dock — a dedicated space honoring military service members and their families, a feature not found on most other Carnival ships.
