Zuiderdam was the first of Holland America Line's four Vista-class ships when she debuted in 2002, setting the template later followed by sister ships Oosterdam, Westerdam and Noordam. She carries Holland America's signature understated elegance — a large art and antique collection, classic nautical styling, and a more contemporary dining and entertainment lineup than the line's older ships. Her itinerary calendar shifts seasonally between Caribbean sailings from Fort Lauderdale, Alaska cruising, and Canada/New England fall foliage voyages.
