MSC Seaview joined the fleet in 2018 as the second Seaside-class ship, sharing sister ship MSC Seaside's signature waterline-level design but based year-round in the Mediterranean rather than the Caribbean. Homeported in Civitavecchia (Rome), she sails round-trip Western Mediterranean itineraries calling at ports across Italy, France, and Spain. MSC has confirmed she'll debut in the Eastern Mediterranean for the first time in 2028, adding Greece, Croatia, and Turkey to her rotation. Onboard, she carries the same 360° Waterfront Promenade, five-slide aqua park, and glass-walled 'Bridge of Sighs' catwalk that define the Seaside class.
The Mediterranean-based counterpart to MSC Seaside's Caribbean deployment — same 360° Waterfront Promenade and five-slide aqua park, but built around round-trip Rome departures rather than a Miami homeport.
