Anthem of the Seas
“Sky-high thrills — skydiving, bumper cars, and a glass observation capsule 300 feet above the sea.”
Anthem of the Seas introduced a new level of adrenaline to Royal Caribbean when she debuted in 2015 as a Quantum-class ship. She's best known for a trio of firsts-at-sea: the North Star glass observation capsule that lifts guests 300 feet above the water, the RipCord by iFly skydiving simulator, and SeaPlex, the largest indoor active space at sea with bumper cars and roller skating. Homeported primarily at Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey, she offers Caribbean and Bermuda sailings for the New York market, with periodic repositioning to Southampton for European itineraries and even seasonal stints sailing from Sydney, Australia. Dynamic dining, robotic bartenders at Bionic Bar, and the striking Two70 venue round out the experience.
The North Star observation capsule lifts guests 300 feet above sea level for 360-degree views, while RipCord by iFly lets you skydive in an indoor wind tunnel and SeaPlex hosts the only bumper cars at sea — three genuine firsts that defined the Quantum class.
