Grandeur of the Seas
“Short Bahamas getaways from Fort Lauderdale on a classic, glass-forward ship.”
Grandeur of the Seas entered service in 1996 as one of the original Vision-class ships. She's spent recent years homeported in Fort Lauderdale, specializing in short getaways to the Bahamas and Key West — an easy, low-commitment entry point to cruising for travelers near South Florida. Her 12 decks carry the same glass-forward Vision-class design as her sisters, with a five-deck Centrum atrium and a retractable-roof Solarium, on a more intimate scale than Royal Caribbean's newest ships.
Short 3- to 5-night Bahamas and Key West getaways from Fort Lauderdale — a rare short-cruise option on a full-sized, amenity-rich ship rather than a bare-bones budget vessel.
