Brilliant Lady is Virgin Voyages' fourth ship and newest addition to its adults-only fleet, entering commercial service on September 5, 2025 with an inaugural MerMaiden sailing from New York to Bermuda. She spent her first winter on Caribbean itineraries from Miami before making history in spring 2026 as the first Virgin Voyages ship to homeport on the US West Coast, sailing California Coastal and Mexican Riviera routes from Los Angeles before shifting north to Seattle for 7-night Alaska Inside Passage cruises through summer 2026. She returns to Miami for Caribbean sailings that winter. Like every ship in the fleet, Brilliant Lady is strictly for guests 18 and older, with no kids' clubs, formal nights, or fixed dining times — just 20+ included restaurants, among them her exclusive Spanish tapas venue Rojo by Razzle Dazzle.

✦ The standout feature

Brilliant Lady is fronted by a striking mermaid figurehead designed by Toronto illustrator Janice Sung, blending Renaissance and East Asian art influences, and she's the only ship in the fleet staging the exclusive Red Room productions Red Hot and Out of Time, plus the 1920s-inspired dinner theater show Up With a Twist in The Manor.
