Costa Favolosa entered service in July 2011 and is a Modified Concordia-class ship of about 113,000 gross tons with 1,507 cabins. For 2026–27 she is scheduled to sail seven-night Caribbean cruises from the Dominican Republic and Martinique, sharing the program with her sister Costa Fascinosa. She has diesel-electric propulsion and a top speed of 24 knots.
