About Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Founded 1992 · All-suite, all-balcony luxury with a very inclusive fare
Regent Seven Seas Cruises was founded in 1992, is headquartered in Miami, and has been owned by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings since 2014. Its ships are all-suite and all-balcony, carrying roughly 700 to 750 guests, and the line markets itself on the most inclusive fare in luxury cruising: shore excursions, specialty restaurants, gratuities, beverages and Wi-Fi are included.
Five ships are currently in service: Seven Seas Mariner (2001), Seven Seas Voyager (2003), Seven Seas Explorer (2016), Seven Seas Splendor (2020) and Seven Seas Grandeur (2023). Seven Seas Navigator, the oldest ship, sails her final voyage — a 14-night Istanbul to Rome sailing that left on 2 October 2026 — and is then retiring. Seven Seas Prestige, a larger ship for 822 guests, is due to debut in December 2026, with more sister ships to follow.
Dining centres on Compass Rose, Prime 7, Chartreuse, Pacific Rim and Sette Mari at La Veranda on the newer ships, and Signatures on the older ones, all included in the fare with no cover charge. Itineraries span the globe, with long voyages and world cruises as a specialty.
