Princess Cruises gratuity questions
How much are Princess Cruises gratuities per day?▾
About $18.00 per person, per day, in standard cabins, and $20.00 per person, per day, for suites. For two people on a 7-night cruise in a standard cabin, that comes to about $252.00. Rates change, so confirm the current figure on your booking.
Are Princess Cruises gratuities charged for children?▾
On most lines the daily gratuity is charged for every guest in the cabin, including children, unless the line says otherwise for your sailing. Check your booking or ask the line before you budget.
Can I remove or change Princess Cruises gratuities?▾
Princess Cruises lets you adjust the automatic gratuity on board, usually at Guest Services. Mini-Suites, Cabanas, and Reserve Collection rooms sit in between at $19/day.
Should I prepay Princess Cruises gratuities?▾
Prepaying when you book locks in today's rate, which protects you if the line raises it before you sail, and means the charge is not added to your onboard bill. Either way the total is the same at the current rate.
