Silver Cloud
“Silversea's first ship, rebuilt in 2017 as a small ice-class expedition vessel.”
Silver Cloud entered service on 2 April 1994 as Silversea's first ship and was rebuilt in 2017 as an expedition ship, with an ice-class upgrade, a fleet of Zodiacs and reconfigured observation lounges. She is about 16,800 gross tons and 514 feet, with 6 passenger decks and about 254 guests in expedition configuration. She hosted the US men's and women's national basketball teams during the 2016 Rio Olympics, and in 2026 she is operating Silversea's Grand South Pacific Expedition from Fremantle, Australia.
Silversea's original ship, now a Zodiac-equipped, ice-class expedition vessel.
